The campaign has ended.

Solar Chautauqua completed its campaign on September 30, 2016, having exceeded its goals by 40%.  It aimed to double the 29 existing solar installations in its area by 30 new installations generating 216Kw of energy.  In the end, it added 43 new arrays installed or under contract for a total of 333.9 Kw..  Thanks are due to all who participated in the campaign.

You can go solar in 2016!

Are you interested in installing solar panels on your residence or business?  We can help!

The Solar Chautauqua Campaign is a program to facilitate residential and business solar power installations in Northern Chautauqua County.  The campaign is run by a coalition of local organizations dedicated to helping our community benefit from the many advantages of renewable energy.  We have negotiated with installers to get a group discount, and we provide information on financing and permitting.  We do not represent any commercial or for-profit enterprise.

How do you participate in the campaign?  First, you can learn more about the process and the deal we’ve negotiated, here on our website.  You can also attend one of our many educational events to learn more and meet the installers.  Next, enroll on our website to get a free site evaluation and access to our group discount.  When you’re ready to commit to solar, choose from among our select certified installers.

By switching to solar power you can reduce your utility bills and your carbon footprint, and you can be part of the green energy solution.  Make 2016 the year you go solar!

Time is running out!  Our campaign ends on August 15, 2016.  In order to get in on our negotiated discounts, you need to enroll by the end of that day.  Enrollment will be shut down on August 16.
